1. Returns

Conditions for Returns:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.

  • The right to return does not apply to:

    • Perishable goods or products with a short shelf life.

    • Items sealed for health or hygiene reasons (e.g., dietary supplements) that have been opened after delivery.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds include the full price of the item and the standard shipping cost paid at the time of purchase.

  • Additional shipping costs resulting from a delivery method other than the standard option offered by Pearlani are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the return request, using the original payment method unless an alternative is agreed upon.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Pearlani reserves the right to withhold the refund until the returned item is received or proof of return shipment is provided.

2. Complaints

All products at Pearlani are original and sourced legally. We guarantee items free from defects unless otherwise specified in the product description.

Grounds for Complaints:

Customers may file a complaint if the delivered product:

  • Has manufacturing defects.

  • Was damaged during transport.

  • Does not match the description or order details.

Complaint Resolution:

  • Complaints are reviewed within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • If the complaint is approved:

    • Pearlani covers return shipping costs.

    • A refund is issued within 3 business days via the original payment method (unless otherwise agreed).

  • If the complaint is deemed unjustified or if the damage is caused by improper use, the customer bears all shipping costs.
