- In accordance with global retail industry standards, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of skincare cosmetics and food supplements unless damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied.
- If you wish to return your faulty or incorrectly supplied order for a refund or to exchange certain Products, you must inform us within 15 days of receipt of your order, and return the relevant Products as soon as possible in the same condition as supplied, in their original packaging with a copy of the relevant receipt.
- When you return your order or wish to exchange certain Products, we will process a refund to your payment card upon receipt of the returned/exchanged Products. To exchange the product, you will need to write an email to email@example.com, describe the problem and send photos of the damaged product and a photo of the receipt.
- Upon return of your full order, delivery charges will be refunded in full. Upon partial return of your order, no delivery charges can be refunded.
- All payments made to us in the form of a prepaid credit card, debit card or cash will be refunded to your payment card.
